This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request a return, replacement, or refund. By purchasing from our platform, you agree to this policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described.

• The product received is different from the one ordered (wrong model, size, or specification).

• The product is incomplete (missing parts or accessories as advertised).

• The product is significantly different from the description or images on the platform.

Conditions for acceptance:

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and tags intact.

• A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Certain categories are not eligible for return or refund:

• Software, digital products, and licenses (once activated or downloaded).

• Customized or assembled PCs as per customer specifications.

• Consumables and perishables, such as printer ink, opened hardware parts, or batteries.

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation by the customer.

• Items purchased during clearance or final sale (unless defective).

3. Return Process

1. Customers must submit a Return Request through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

2. Our team will verify eligibility and may request supporting images/videos of the issue.

3. If approved, customers will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

4. Products must be shipped back to the vendor or designated warehouse within the timeline provided.

5. Once the product is inspected and verified, a refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, bank transfer, etc.).

• Processing time:

  • Jeevith Computer Approval: 2–3 business days.

  • Bank/Payment Gateway Processing: 5–10 business days (may vary).

• In case of partial returns, only the value of the returned item will be refunded.

• Refunds for shipping charges are subject to vendor policy and case-by-case approval.

5. Replacement/Exchange

• Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund for eligible products.

• Replacement is subject to product availability from the same vendor.

• If replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must honor return requests that meet this policy.

• Vendors are responsible for product quality, packaging, and timely dispatch.

• Vendors failing to comply may face penalties, including suspension or removal from the platform.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure the product is returned in safe, secure packaging to prevent transit damage.

• Products must be unused and in re-sellable condition, unless defective.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to vendor error (wrong/damaged product).

8. Dispute Resolution

In cases where customers and vendors disagree on return eligibility, Jeevith Computer will act as a mediator to ensure fair resolution. Our decision will be final and binding.

9. Changes to this Policy

Jeevith Computer reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy regularly.
