Vendors failing to provide adequate support may face penalties, including account suspension or removal from Jeevith Computer.
Customers should provide accurate order details (order ID, product name, date of purchase) when contacting support.
Customers must first review the Return Policy and vendor product information before submitting complaints.
Abusive, offensive, or fraudulent claims may result in suspension of support privileges.
General Inquiries: Initial response within 24 hours.
Order/Payment Issues: Initial response within 24–48 hours; resolution within 5–7 business days.
Returns/Refunds: Resolution time depends on vendor verification, generally within 7–10 business days.
Technical/Warranty Issues: As per vendor/manufacturer timelines.
If a customer and vendor cannot reach an agreement, Jeevith Computer will step in as a neutral mediator.
Our decision, based on platform policies and supporting evidence, will be considered final and binding.
Our support does not cover:
Direct technical troubleshooting of third-party software/hardware unless provided by the vendor.
Installation, on-site repair, or maintenance services not listed under the order.
Issues caused by unauthorized modifications, tampering, or misuse of products.
